Love Success PLC seeks a Data Administrator in Cardiff for a temporary contract paying up to £95.00 per day. This full-time post follows a hybrid pattern, with three days office based and two working from home.
The successful candidate will trace individuals to reunite them with clients, order certificates from registry offices and process associated expenses. Responsibilities also include handling large files through internal systems, meeting deadlines, recording post, filing, and managing inbound and outbound calls to re-engage people. Strong organisational skills, structure, and excellent communication are essential, alongside the ability to support key stakeholders across a global organisation. The position starts immediately.

Main Duties Include:
- Trace individuals to reunite them with our clients using a variety of internal and external platforms
- Order certificates from registry offices and consolidate the expenses
- Process large data files through internal systems and ensure deadlines are met
- Receive, distribute and record post, data entry and filing
- Take inbound and outbound telephone calls in order to re-engage individuals with our clients
- Engage with and support key stakeholders from across the business
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned
