Our Vision & Teaching Style
- Palm St Pilates will be a dynamic Reformer-led studio, offering energising, modern classes that blend strength, flow and contemporary movement.
- Instructors are encouraged to bring their own personality, creativity and flair, while teaching safely and remaining aligned with our dynamic style, so members experience consistency across instructors.
- We will start with two core formats:
- Beginner/Foundation: Building confidence, technique and correct movement patterns
- Standard Dynamic Reformer: With regressions and progressions for all levels
Timetable & Growth Opportunity
- Launching with a consistent weekday structure to support growth: 6am & 7am, 9.30am, 12.30pm, 6pm & 7pm
- Weekends: 8am, 9am, 10am
- We will remain structured with timings so that we can easily scale and add more classes (e.g. 5pm, 8am, 8pm) as demand increases.
- Expectation is that instructors who join early will grow with us – for example, starting with 2 classes per week and growing to 3–4+ quickly as membership builds.
- Weekend afternoons will be reserved for workshops, events, training, and community activities.
