Our client is a rapidly growing Padel organisation dedicated to delivering world-class experiences. We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Centre Manager to take full ownership of one of our new sites. This isn't just a centre management role; it’s an entrepreneurial opportunity to lead a vibrant sports community. You will be the face of the club, responsible for driving revenue, maximising court usage, and ensuring every player receives an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities of this exciting role:
  • Club Leadership: Manage daily operations to maintain a safe, premium, and welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
  • Commercial Performance: Take full responsibility for the site P&L, driving sales and overall profitability.
  • Utilisation & Scheduling: Analyse court usage data to design and implement innovative activity schedules, tournaments, and social events that maximise occupancy.
  • Community & Communication: Build a thriving social atmosphere. You will manage member communications and local outreach to grow the club’s footprint.
  • Team & Coaching Management: Lead a high-performing team of freelance coaches.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate on social media content and localised marketing campaigns to drive site awareness and new player acquisition.
About You:
  • Experienced Leader: 2+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record in leisure, hospitality, fitness.
  • Padel/ Racquets experience: An ideal candidate will have a background of coaching & playing Padel or Racquets sports, an LTA level 1 or 2 qualification will be highly favoured as part of the selection process.
  • Commercial Mindset: You possess strong business acumen and the ability to turn data analysis into actionable growth strategies.
  • Dynamic Personality: You are a 'people person'—vibrant, warm, and capable of interacting with players of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: You take total accountability for your results and are always questioning how the centre can improve.
