Sales Manager Fantastic Leisure Centre Bromley 2528k I am recruiting for a fantastic leisure job in Bromley for a leading leisure Management operator in the Health & Fitness sector. This is an incredibly exciting business. Were looking for a Sales Manager who will lead from the front and by example who relish the chance to meet and exceed both individual and team target. You will be a key member of the management team with excellent opportunities for progression and development on offer. Prior sales management experience in the health & fitness or leisure would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Develop a high performing team through an ongoing training coaching and support to maximise to deliver the mission and achieve locally determined commercial and customer service targets Ensure all prospective members are shown around the facility and encouraged to acquire a membership option that meets their needs using sales tools and techniques documented. Deliver agreed team KPIs around completed calls lead generation booked appointments Provide managers and teams with accurate and detailed customer service and sales performance reports that identify what has gone well what could be better and the corrective action thats required. Fulfilling Duty Management Shifts if/when required The ideal candidate will need to have 1 years management/supervisory experience within the leisure or hospitality related industries.
