Jetts Hammersmith is the flagship club in the Jetts Fitness UK network. We are a premium 24/7 gym operating on rolling 30-day contracts - no lock-in, no compromise on quality. Our members are serious about their training and they choose us because we are the best facility in the area.

Hammersmith is our biggest and most ambitious club, and we are committed to making it the best performing club in the network. The person who takes this role will be part of building something, not just maintaining it.

This is a rare chance to take genuine commercial ownership of the sales function at one of London's leading independent gyms. You will not be one of many. You will be the person who drives the number, develops the team, and shapes how the club performs.

We are looking for someone who has been here before - someone who knows what a high-performing gym sales function looks like and can build one. If you are energised by the challenge of leading from the front, developing people around you, and being directly accountable for results, this role was designed for you. You will work closely with the Senior Manager and have the autonomy to make a real impact from day one.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Leading the sales function and taking ownership of the club's monthly membership targets
  • Developing the team through coaching, observation, and structured feedback - making everyone around you better
  • Managing the full prospect journey from first contact through to membership close
  • Conducting tours and closing memberships yourself, setting the standard for how it is done
  • Driving consistent commercial activity across the team - urgency, discipline, and follow-through
  • Owning the appointment pipeline and ensuring opportunities are never left unworked
  • Presenting weekly performance analysis and leading the Monday sales meeting
  • Contributing to the club's Pro membership upsell strategy
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring the team does the same
  • Contributing to the wider club operation including member retention and commercial administration as directed by senior management

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales management or senior sales role within the fitness industry
  • A strong track record of hitting and exceeding membership targets
  • Experience developing and coaching a sales team, not just performing as an individual
  • Genuine commercial hunger and a high activity mindset
  • The ability to close confidently and handle objections - and teach others to do the same
  • Disciplined and detail-oriented when it comes to pipeline management and CRM
  • Experience with gym CRM or dialler systems and familiarity with paid lead generation are advantageous but not essential.

A Note on Fit

We want the right person to read this and feel excited. We also want the wrong person to self-select out. This is a hands-on role. You will be on the phones, on the floor, and in the room. Your success is measured by the club's performance, not just your own closes. If you are looking for a role where you manage from a distance or where average output is acceptable, this is not the place for you. Hammersmith is the flagship club and we expect it to perform like one.

How to Apply

Send your CV and a brief covering note explaining your relevant experience and what attracts you to this role. Applications without a covering note will not be considered. We are looking to move quickly on this hire. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 5 working days.
