Our client offers a fantastic product with huge success rates and is popular with gym-goers and athletes alike. Already with a strong footprint in the UK market, we now have an opportunity for a passionate and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join the team. This role is responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain lasting partnerships with gyms, health clubs, and other fitness facilities., * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the fitness industry, including gyms, schools, hospitality business – adopting a real hunter mentality

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored quotes and solutions

  • Become a product expert and able to answer any potential queries and explain to prospective customers why this is a great solution for them

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments

  • Meet and exceed sales targets/ KPIs while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales/ business development, fitness industry experience is preferred but not essential

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • A real self-starter and highly proactive in approach

  • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings (you will be on the road 3-4 days a week with this role and must have a full UK drivers license and access to your own transport

  • Passion for fitness and knowledge of fitness equipment is a plus.
