Most prestigious members only club in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Group Exercise & Personal Training Manager to lead its fitness and wellness programming. This exclusive club combines luxury lifestyle, world‑class fitness, fine dining, and leisure facilities, providing an exceptional environment for both members and staff.
The club offers a wide range of premium facilities, including:
- Two signature restaurants and a coffee shop
- Group Exercise division with: Pilates and Reformer studios, a 32‑bike spin studio, a multifunctional group studio, a boxing / functional / hyrox training area
- A sea‑view main gym and a dedicated Personal Training studio
- Premium wellness amenities: Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam, ice bath, and experience showers
- Outdoor training areas and a private beach
- Sports facilities including padel courts (4), tennis courts, and a squash court
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver 3–4 engaging and safe group classes per day, 5 days per week
- Lead, train, and manage full‑time and freelance instructors to ensure the highest quality programming
- Develop timetables, events, and workshops to enhance member engagement and retention
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure all group exercise activities reflect the exclusivity of the club
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members while driving innovation in programming
- Oversee safe practices, fitness assessments, and member orientation sessions
- Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and revenue opportunities through events and specialised classes
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or wellness
- Strong background in group class delivery across multiple disciplines
- Expertise in program design, client assessment, and safe training practices
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
- CPR and First Aid certification required
