We are thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new, premium independent wellness club in Maidstone — launching June 2026. This will be a truly stunning destination combining movement, recovery, community and relaxation under one roof. Now, we’re searching for an exceptional General Manager to bring it to life.

The Role:
As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind the club’s culture, performance and operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading a passionate team, delivering an exceptional member experience and ensuring the commercial success of the club.
We are seeking a leader who:
- Leads from the front—energising and inspiring the team every day
- Has a strong understanding of sales processes, membership acquisition and retention
- Can confidently drive secondary spend across spa, retail, food & beverage and programming
- Brings experience from a premium private members’ club, boutique fitness or luxury hospitality environment
- Thrives in a high-expectation, service-led atmosphere
- Is passionate about wellness, people and building a true community
