This is an incredible opportunity to launch and lead the first site of a new ambitious and growing Padel brand with true family values as the core. Their debut site offers a large space with a competitive court number, a cafe offering, corporate hire space, and their own unique take on the huge craze that is padel. This would suit a hungry deputy manager looking for their next step up as equally as an existing GM or equivalent looking for a new challenge. There is huge potential to grow with the business as they do!
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team across FOH and coaching
- Offer best in show customer experience always with the family first mentality
- Drive commercial performance through court occupancy, cafe revenue and corporate/partnership bookings and sponsorships
- Oversee daily operations ensuring safety, quality, efficiency and high standards
About you
- 1-3 years leadership experience in hospitality, leisure or lifestyle venues at HOD level or above
- A people-first leader who thrives on connection and team energy
- Someone who is hands-on and wanting to be in a customer-facing environment working alongside the founders to achieve success
- A passion for sports/fitness is a must!
- Flexibility to work every other weekend
