Membership Advisor – Sale Consultant
Salary: Competitive
We’re recruiting a membership advisor for a state-of-the-art gym in Leamington Spa. We aim to deliver a high-level product, with the best staff, at the right price. We’re looking for team members to operate the club successfully, where employees and members feel secure, confident, and happy in achieving their goals.
You must be proactive and self-motivated, capable of generating new leads and exceeding sales targets. Confidence and outgoing personality are essential, whether on the phone, face-to-face, or in front of a computer. You will be the public face of the club, bringing prospects in, selling the club, and signing them up as members. A passion for health and fitness is essential; a Level 3 personal trainer qualification is desirable but not necessary.
You will work flexible hours, including shifts and some weekends. Reporting to the club manager, your salary will be supplemented by a target-driven bonus.

You will reach out to potential members, working within a team of passionate health and fitness professionals. You will have daily, weekly, and monthly targets and the chance to make a positive impact on others’ lives. We seek strong communicators who are adaptable, motivated, and fun! You should be energetic, sales-focused, and outgoing, with a genuine care for helping others. Health and fitness should be part of your life!
