The Role
As Studio Sales Support, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing members, helping grow our community by converting leads into memberships, supporting member retention, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In addition to your sales support responsibilities, you'll coach approximately 8–10 classes per week, helping deliver the high-energy, community-driven experience that F45 is known for.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for fitness and people
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Strong organisation and ability to work towards KPIs
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification is essential. Applicants must hold a valid Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification to be considered for this role, as coaching is a required part of the position.
What You'll Get
- £15 per hour (20 hours per week) for Studio Sales Support
- 8–10 coaching hours per week, paid at £25–£32.50 per hour, depending on experience and performance
- Uncapped quarterly commission (OTE £4,000+)
