We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate Fitness Professionals for this Club Manager position for this leading Boutique Fitness Brand. This is an opportunity not to be missed for an experienced manager within the fitness industry, ready to take that next step up into running a Club like your own business! This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage an incredible brand in the boutique space with an excellent team who are motivated in delivering a high quality of service.
We are looking for exceptional commercially-minded candidates, who have experience managing in the boutique space, and have a proven track record of exceeding targets/KPIs.
What will you be doing?
This role requires an individual who is passionate about fitness, service standards and is prepared to lead from the front. As the Club Manager, you will be managing the club as your own. You must have a real passion for the industry, enjoy motivating members and creating a world class fitness experience! Driving sales and new membership activity is very important for this role as well as delivering quality coaching to keep members motivated and engaged.
Some of the key responsibilities of this fitness job:
- Meeting and exceeding studio targets and KPIs.
- Passionate about people & the importance to the business.
- Heading up all studio operations including rotas, studio payroll and completing opening/closing shifts.
- Delivering outstanding member service and representing the business with pride.
- Management and development of your team.
- Focusing on Member Retention and Driving New Member Sales.
- Being part of an amazing membership community ensuring retention.
- Coaching members with their goals at the heart of what you do.

- Proven successful track record within a sales management role in the fitness industry.
- Energy and enthusiasm - a real people person!
- Confidence! Be the face of the Club, someone who loves building relationships with the team and members.
- Currently in a similar management role, looking for your next challenge or someone looking to take the next step up within management.

- Excellent organisational skills.

- Flexible with shifts and able to support with opens/closes and weekends where required.
