A leadership role where you can really make your mark. Are you an inspiring leader who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences? This is a hands-on, high-impact Store Manager role where you’ll do far more than run a store — you’ll build a successful team, shape careers, and create a welcoming environment customers love to return to. With full ownership of your location and the freedom to lead in your own way, you’ll be supported to grow your career in a business that genuinely puts people first.

What’s in it for you? We believe great performance starts with feeling valued, supported, and balanced. That’s why we offer a rewarding package designed around your wellbeing and long-term success:

  • Competitive salary reviewed annually
  • Quarterly team bonus averaging 10–12% (up to 25%)
  • 28 days holiday, increasing with service
  • Extra day off for your birthday
  • Structured training and development from day one
  • Pension & Sharesave schemes
  • Free on-site parking
  • Cycle to work scheme & gym discounts
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies (maternity, paternity & adoption)
  • Paid day off to volunteer with one of our charity partners
  • Wellbeing support & Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Vouchers & rewards for birthdays, long service & life events
  • Regular social events to celebrate success together

What you’ll be doing: As Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving both commercial success and team engagement. You’ll lead from the front, creating a positive, motivated environment where people enjoy coming to work and feel proud of what they achieve. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and working alongside your team, setting the standard every day
  • Coaching, recognising, and developing your people to reach their full potential
  • Building a strong internal talent pipeline for future success
  • Creating a happy, inclusive, and high-performing store culture
  • Taking full ownership of store performance, sales, and cost control
  • Delivering consistently excellent customer service
  • Maintaining strong commercial awareness of competitors
  • Ensuring high standards across store operations, health & safety, security, and administration
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the store with flexibility, positivity, and accountability

About the organisation: People are at the heart of this business. When customers visit a store, their journey begins with the team on site, which is why integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are so highly valued. You’ll be joining a close-knit organisation that has grown steadily while maintaining a strong family feel. Teams are small, supportive, and collaborative, allowing colleagues to build trust, strong relationships, and celebrate success together. The role itself is varied and fast-paced — ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, autonomy, and no two days being the same.

Thinking of applying? If this role excites you but your experience doesn’t align perfectly with every requirement, you’re encouraged to apply. We’re not just looking for a CV — we’re looking for leadership potential, a positive attitude, and someone who genuinely enjoys supporting and inspiring others. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.
