We are looking for full and part-time trainers in our new Finchley branch. We are customer-centric, supportive, professional, and our goal is to be a sustainable, reliable, and affordable PT company.
Our work environment includes:
- Relaxed atmosphere
- Flexible working hours
- Regular social events
- Non-competitive
- Plenty of clients!
Equals-Results offers a new perspective on the classic PT role. We have 8 locations across North London with more in the pipeline. We are looking for trainers that are enthusiastic and well organised.
The job: We are looking for full and part-time trainers for spots in a number of our studios. We offer a much less competitive environment than larger commercial gyms, along with greater flexibility and no monthly rents or commissions. Your main responsibility will be to manage the clients we assign you, in which we will help you however you need. Your second and only other responsibility will be to organise your diary.
We deliver 30-minute workouts, to which we have a loose structure/format that we like our trainers to stick to; however, we encourage everyone to put their own spin on their sessions. For full-timers, we are looking for PTs that can stick to a similar weekly schedule each week. The typical "full-timer" will do between 20-40 hours per week. We allow you to do any private work you like so long as it doesn't disturb any agreed scheduling.
