What is the role whilst on shift?
We are looking for a PT who, in exchange for 14 hours of gym time, will be able to grow their PT business amongst our incredibly fitness-focused member base. Gym time duties will include:
- Member experience: tending the front desk: greeting incoming members/visitors and seeing them off with a smile as they leave, keeping the gym floor in tip-top shape when on shift with resets and periodic cleaning of gym equipment and mopping the floor of toilets and shower cubicles.
- Engage and Grow: work the gym floor and build a rapport with members, make yourself available to answer questions and help. Assist the team in outreach duties, either standing at the door or taking a walk into the community handing out flyers and spreading the word about the gym.
- First Impressions: conduct engaging and informative gym tours and new member orientations.
- Social superstar: create engaging social content to showcase not only the gym but also yourself along with your expertise to enhance your PT business.
- Class excellence: deliver top quality and fun classes that members cannot wait to sign back up for again.
- Boost the Gymβs Reputation: contribute to and actively try to obtain positive Google reviews & member feedback.
Who are we looking for?
Level 3 qualified PT. Someone who is looking for an opportunity to grow their PT business whilst also learning about the fitness industry and working in and amongst a fantastically passionate and supportive team of colleagues.
