Operations Manager in London
Monday-Friday, full time, London based office (hybrid with one working day at home)
£30,780 plus up to £4k bonus (OTE £34k+) and benefits

As an Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality insights to clients through the coordination and development of a national network. You'll be the driving force behind recruiting, training, and nurturing this community, ensuring projects are executed with precision and flair.

Whether it’s scheduling a campaign, troubleshooting challenges, or leading team development sessions, you’ll have autonomy, variety, and the support of a collaborative operations team. It’s fast. About you:
Exceptionally organised with great time management skills!
A strategic thinker who can forecast and solve problems proactively
Resilient under pressure and thrives in a target-driven environment
A strong communicator
Creative, especially with social media campaigns and engagement strategies
Digitally capable no coding needed, just happy working with online tools daily
Tenacious and adaptable with a “let’s get it done” attitude
Experience in fieldwork coordination, customer insights, or scheduling logistics
Open to backgrounds in Fitness, Hospitality, Leisure or Retail.
