We’re specifically on the hunt for an experienced, team orientated, energetic HEAD COACH.
At BFT Battersea, the HEAD COACH plays an essential role delivering exceptional coaching experience to more than 200 of our members by ensuring the studio and BFT workouts are always delivered to the highest level.
This role is responsible for leading an elite coaching team, delivering BFT’s signature strength program and overseeing member retention & experience.
We’re not just after a “personal trainer”, we want someone ready to lead the coaching team and performance of the studio.
We have incredibly high standards for our member experience so only apply if you’re willing to increase yours!
Here’s a bit more about what we expect from candidates
1. Live and breathe group fitness – energetic, genuinely cares for members and always ready to deliver epic training sessions.
2. Bring 2+ years of Senior Coach experience in a group fitness environment – previous senior coaching, community management and sales experience would be a huge plus!
3. Holds Level 3 PT and CPR/First Aid certifications (or is willing to get it ASAP).
4. Has next-level communication skills and a customer-service mindset, always.
5. Live nearby Battersea or based in South West London.
