You will become the go-to person for sales at the site, working closely with the General Manager and wider team to improve sales performance, share ideas and ensure opportunities are being maximised. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, is commercially driven and naturally takes ownership.

- Building strong relationships with members and providing excellent customer service.
- Responding to member enquiries and dealing with complaints professionally.
- Supporting member retention through proactive engagement and an outstanding member experience.
- Reception & Club Operations

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is confident, proactive, commercially minded and great with people. You will ideally have:
- Previous sales or commercially focused experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification, or be working towards one and able to achieve it by the end of probation.
- A genuine interest in health and fitness.
- Confidence discussing memberships and commercial opportunities with customers.
- The ability to work independently, take ownership and get things done.
- A willingness to learn, develop and bring fresh ideas.
- A Level 3 Personal Training qualification, fitness industry experience, group exercise qualifications and First Aid training would be desirable.
What success looks like
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Increase membership and additional income.
- Consistently identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Bring new ideas that improve the commercial performance of the club.
- Become a trusted source of sales knowledge and support for the wider team.
- Build strong relationships with members and prospective members.
- Take ownership, use your initiative and follow things through without needing to be asked.
