Location: Central London (hybrid, two to three days a week in the office).

Our client is a well-established and growing name in the health and fitness industry, with clubs in locations across the UK. They're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help drive the paid media, SEO and AI-led strategies that fuel lead generation and member acquisition across their network.

This is a genuinely varied role for someone who wants to get hands-on across Google, Meta, AI search and website performance, rather than being boxed into one channel. You'll be trusted to test, optimise and report on campaigns that have a direct impact on how well individual clubs perform, working closely with a wider network of club partners who rely on strong, data-led marketing support to grow.

On offer is a salary of £35,000 plus benefits, a hybrid working pattern, and genuine scope to shape how AI and automation are used across the marketing function as the team continues to evolve.

Working pattern: Hybrid, with two to three days a week based in the Central London office and the remainder working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

  • Campaign management: Support in building and managing Google and Meta ad accounts for new and existing club partners.
  • Optimisation and testing: Recommend and implement A/B tests, audience refinements and creative optimisations to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
  • SEO and website optimisation: Support ongoing SEO strategy and website updates, ensuring content is optimised for visibility and conversion.
  • Ad copywriting: Write engaging, persuasive ad copy tailored to paid campaigns across Google and Meta.
  • AI integration: Use AI-powered insights to support campaign optimisation and ad creative generation, staying up to date with AI advancements that improve marketing efficiency.
  • Reporting: Monitor and analyse weekly advertising performance and prepare monthly reports for club partners, highlighting results, insights and next steps.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the wider marketing team to align digital activity with brand campaigns and member acquisition goals.

About you:

  • Experience: At least two years in a paid media or digital marketing role, whether agency-side or in-house.
  • Platform knowledge: Confident using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads and GA4.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong at interpreting data and turning it into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent written skills with a flair for crafting engaging ad copy.
  • Curiosity: A genuine interest in using AI tools for campaign optimisation, automation or creative development.
  • SEO knowledge: A solid grasp of SEO principles and best practice.
  • Approach: Highly organised, proactive and always keen to explore new tools and testing opportunities.
  • Bonus: A passion for fitness, lifestyle or consumer marketing is a plus, though not essential.

What's in it for you:

  • A salary of £35,000 plus a benefits package.
  • Hybrid working, with flexibility built into the week.
  • The chance to work across a live network of clubs, seeing the direct impact of your campaigns on club performance.
  • Genuine scope to lead on AI adoption and new marketing tools as the function grows.
  • A generous holiday allowance, plus bank holidays.
