As a Barre Instructor, you'll lead dynamic, inspiring classes that challenge and motivate our members in a safe, welcoming environment. You'll play a key role in building our community by delivering high-quality sessions that leave clients feeling stronger, more confident and energised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and professionally structured barre classes for groups of up to 20 participants.
- Provide clear demonstrations, coaching and modifications suitable for all abilities.
- Promote correct technique, posture and alignment to ensure safe and effective workouts.
- Create a positive, inclusive and motivating atmosphere for every class.
- Prepare and tidy the studio before and after sessions.
- Represent the 4 The Love of Barre brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and warmth.
About You:
- Holds a recognised Barre qualification (essential).
- Has a Pilates or ETM qualification (essential).
- Holds Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of £2 million cover.
- Is available to teach mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Is confident, energetic and passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.
- Delivers outstanding customer service and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients.
- Is reliable, professional and thrives as part of a supportive team.
