About the Role

We’re excited to welcome a passionate and driven Assistant Manager / Coach to our BFT Greenwich team. This is a dynamic 50/50 role, combining hands-on coaching with sales and studio operations—perfect for an energetic coach who loves connecting with people, inspiring results, and contributing to the growth of a thriving fitness community. You’ll play a key role both on the gym floor and behind the scenes, delivering exceptional coaching experiences while helping members start and continue their BFT journey. Key Responsibilities

  • Coaching (Approx. 50%)
    • Deliver engaging, high-quality BFT group training sessions
    • Coach members to move safely and effectively, with strong attention to technique
    • Adapt exercises to suit all fitness levels, abilities, and injuries
    • Motivate, support, and hold members accountable to their goals
    • Uphold BFT coaching standards, programming, and brand values
  • Sales & Administration (Approx. 50%)
    • Conduct consultations, trials, and new member sign-ups
    • Confidently present and sell BFT memberships and services
    • Follow up leads and manage the sales pipeline
    • Support member retention and engagement initiatives
    • Assist with day-to-day studio operations alongside the Studio Manager
    • Manage basic administrative tasks, including memberships and scheduling

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer (essential)
  • Minimum 4 years of in-person coaching experience
  • Strong background in strength and conditioning (preferred)
  • Confidence and proven ability in sales and member conversion
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, proactive, and reliable approach
  • Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and effectively
