We are recruiting for an Assistant General Manager for a global operator in the health and fitness industry. This role will be based in St Paul's, Central London, offering up to £30k + bonus on a full-time basis (Monday - Friday).

This position provides fantastic opportunities for success, growth, and development within a rapidly growing company. You will learn and develop your skills every day while driving your career in fitness.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with members and create a sense of community within the club.
  • Support the General Manager and Personal Training team in driving activity and developing successful plans.
  • Drive sales and marketing activities, including managing social media and local community outreach.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support existing members while achieving business KPIs.
  • Lead sales initiatives with a proactive attitude and hands-on approach.

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in management within the fitness industry (e.g., Assistant General Manager, Fitness Manager, Deputy/Assistant Manager, or Sales Manager).
  • Ideally, Level 2 Personal Trainer qualified.
  • Strong passion for fitness, energy, personality, and ambition.
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional member experiences and support community engagement.
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to support club growth and operational excellence.
