The UK's leading specialist fitness and leisure recruitment agency is looking for a motivated, knowledgeable and people-focused Personal Trainer who loves seeing clients achieve their goals. At motive8 Personal Training, we’re more than just a PT studio; we’re a community of coaches dedicated to helping every client move, feel, and perform better.
You will be responsible for delivering 1:1 PT and small group sessions, gym sessions, classes, gym inductions at corporate and residential facilities, and corporate wellbeing sessions. You should be eager to build a client base and have a track record of good client retention. Some experience of using social media to create your online presence and brand awareness would be preferred, but not essential.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Design and deliver 1:1 and small group PT sessions that get real results
- Create tailored programmes to help clients achieve their individual health, fitness and wellbeing goals
- Work with a variety of clients, adapting your approach based on client goals, injuries and lifestyle
- Motivate, support and educate clients on their fitness journey
- Create and deliver motivating and high energy classes
- Work together as a team which values collaboration and client success
- Contribute to social content which spreads the love for fitness
What We Are Looking For:
- Personal Trainer Qualification (minimal Level 3)
- A sports/exercise related degree is preferred but not essential
- Certificates in circuit training and boxing-style fitness classes are desirable but not essential
- A first aid qualification is desirable, but not essential
- Additional CPD courses, workshops, seminars
- Previous experience in PT or coaching is ideal, but we also welcome driven newcomers ready to grow
