I am recruiting for an incredible leisure brand that have over 30 sites in the UK and are still growing. They offer a fantastic product and have an amazing working culture and progression potential. This is a leisure job not to be missed, especially for those of you who are budding future General Managers. This role will be based in Brent, London and is a leisure job not to be missed. I am recruiting for an Assistant Manager with a passion for hospitality. This role provides a great opportunity to progress into a General Manager position in future.
What will my role involve?

  • Delivering on all commercials – payroll 2 sales, revenue, GP%
  • Recruit, lead & train your teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Plan, organise and deliver events to drive revenue
  • Ensure safety compliance from the cellar to the kitchen
  • Duty Manager shifts across the whole venue
  • Delivering operationally brilliant environments that will make someone\’s experience the best ever!

What do we need from you?

  • Strong business and financial acumen, with a passion for customer focus.
  • Experience managing high volume bar and catering units
  • Experience managing costs, wages and revenue streams in a multi venue environment
  • Ability to take a strategic overview of the business
  • Experience leading & developing a large team
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 Qualification is desirable
  • BIIAB Level 2 (Personal License) is desirable

You will be driven by delivering an amazing experience to the guests on site in an environment where no 2 days are the same. You need to have a hands-on, can-do attitude with excellent communication skills. Not only will you be taking ownership of the operations of the facility you will also be responsible for leading and developing your own team.
We are looking to speak to ambitious candidates who are looking to work for a company with excellent progression opportunities. Ideally, you will have experience of working in the leisure, hospitality or leisure industry. However, we would be more than happy to consider candidates with significant experience from other customer facing industries.
The Package

  • This is a full-time position, shifts are based on 42.5 hours per week.
  • Monday to Sunday, including weekends and late evenings. Flexibility is vital for this role
