We are recruiting for an exciting fitness job in Crawley for a Sales Manager for a leading brand in the health and fitness industry. The role of a Sales Manager within this sector is an outstanding opportunity to develop your skills further and train and manage a team to success.

What will you be doing?

  • You will help to manage the whole team, creating a great atmosphere and club culture for both team members and members to achieve their fitness goals.
  • Driving sales and marketing activities and developing plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the club's social media and interactive content or getting involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target by bringing new members into the club and achieving business KPIs.
