We are recruiting for an amazing health and fitness job in Rustington. We are looking for an outstanding assistant manager to work with a well-renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry.

This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.

The Role:
  • Responsible for the day-to-day running of the facilities.
  • Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently go above and beyond to deliver.
  • Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.
  • Strong focus on standards and levels of service.
The Person:
  • Experienced Manager with a high level of experience in running their own department or club.
  • Understanding of the levels of service needed to make the business a success.
  • Ideally have worked in high-end club management before and have a real passion for it.
  • Strong leader and people motivator, willing to roll up sleeves when needed.
  • Sales experience is ideal, with backgrounds in club management, fitness management, and operations management.
  • Passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
