We’re on the hunt for an experienced, team-orientated, energetic coach to join our newly formed Studio Team.
At BFT, the Head Coach plays an essential role in delivering an exceptional coaching experience to more than 200 of our members by ensuring the studio and BFT workouts are always delivered to the highest level. This role is responsible for leading the coaching team, delivering BFT’s signature strength program and coaching sessions. We’re not just after a “personal trainer”, we want someone ready to step up and take full responsibility for the coaching team and growth of BFT Streatham. We have incredibly high standards for our member experience, so only apply if you’re willing to increase yours!
Here’s a bit more about what we expect from candidates:
- Live and breathe group fitness – passionate, experienced, and ready to deliver epic training sessions.
- Bring 2+ years of Senior Coach experience in a group fitness environment – previous coaching, community management and sales experience would be a huge plus!
- Holds Level 3 PT and CPR / First Aid certifications (or is willing to get it ASAP).
- Has next-level communication skills and a customer-service mindset, always.
- Live nearby Streatham or based in South West London.
