Gym and Spa Duty Manager
Location: Salford, Manchester
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Hours: 10 hours a week
Hours: available hours to be discussed (Mon-Sun) with additional personal training
We are looking for a Duty Manager that will thrive in a luxury spa environment and provide our residents with an unforgettable experience. You will open and close the facility, deliver group exercise classes, personal training and other services and always be on top of your game, making sure you’re giving your all to help our residents make the most of their time within the spa.
The role:
· Providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
· Promote a thriving community within the spa
· Oversee the day-to-day running of the spa whilst on-shift
· Actively seek new clients and opportunities to grow your personal training and/or massage client base
· Work with the wider residential estate team to provide a first class residents experience
· Provide Personal Training sessions to help achieve site targets
Requirements:
· REPs Level 3 (Level 2 will be considered)
· Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
· High level of interpersonal skills
· Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets
· Previous experience within the luxury gym/ spa/ hotel markets
· First aid/ Pool safety experience
