One of the most prestigious, high-end private membership clubs in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Group Exercise & Personal Training Manager to lead its fitness and wellness programming. This exclusive club combines luxury lifestyle, world-class fitness, fine dining, and leisure facilities, providing an exceptional environment for both members and staff.
About the Club
- Two signature restaurants and a coffee shop
- Group Exercise division with:
- Pilates and Reformer studios
- A 32-bike Spin studio
- A multifunctional group studio
- A Boxing/Functional/Hyrox training area
- A sea-view main gym
- A dedicated Personal Training studio
- Indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, steam, ice bath, and experience showers
- Outdoor training areas and a private beach
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver 3–4 engaging and safe group classes per day, 5 days per week
- Lead, train, and manage full-time and freelance instructors to ensure the highest quality programming
- Develop timetables, events, and workshops to enhance member engagement and retention
- Maintain exceptional service standards and ensure all group exercise activities reflect the exclusivity of the club
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members while driving innovation in programming
- Oversee safe practices, fitness assessments, and member orientation sessions
- Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and revenue opportunities through events and specialised classes
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years’ experience in a leadership role within fitness, hospitality, or wellness
- Strong background in group class delivery across multiple disciplines
- Expertise in program design, client assessment, and safe training practices
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic an advantage)
- CPR and First Aid certification required
Compensation and Benefits
- Basic salary KD 900 + Housing Allowance KD 200 + Transportation Allowance KD 100
