Working pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week, with flexibility to work outside normal office hours as the role requires.
Key responsibilities:

- A natural communicator: Confident engaging with staff and stakeholders at every level, and comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure.
- Digitally capable: Proficient across Microsoft Office and industry systems such as Leisure Management Systems and prospecting or CRM tools.
