Are you a sales-driven leader with a passion for fitness? We are looking for sales professionals ready to take on a General Manager role — but this is not a traditional operations-only GM role. Your primary mission: drive sales, build high-performing teams, and grow the gym community.
The Role:
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performance team focused on sales (new member acquisition, renewals, referrals)
- Implement and manage a structured sales process, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded
- Interpret sales data and use analytics to drive decision-making and performance
- Oversee daily club operations to support a seamless member experience
- Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture where coaching, development, and empowerment are central
About You:
- Proven track record in managing or leading sales teams under KPI-driven environments
- Deep passion for health & fitness, and a commitment to people development
- Comfortable with digital/online systems and training your team to use them
- You may not have a background in fitness management — but what matters most is your ability to sell, lead, and inspire
What We Offer:
- Base salary: 20,000 SAR / month (tax-free)
- Monthly bonus: up to 15,000 SAR
