About Studio FIX
Studio FIX is a luxury fitness studio occupying 7,500 sq ft on Kensington High Street. Across three studios, we offer Yoga, Barre, Mat Pilates, Lagree Megaformer, Boxing, Lift, and HIIT classes, alongside fully stocked changing rooms and a coffee & juice lounge. The studio is fully wheelchair accessible and community-focused.
About the Role
We’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable part-time Front of House Team Members to join our weekend team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — welcoming guests, creating a positive atmosphere, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. As a growing startup, we value adaptability, initiative, and fresh ideas.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with warmth and professionalism
- Handle bookings, sign-ins, phone calls, and general front desk duties
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment
- Support team operations during busy periods
- Open and/or close the studio, ensuring health & safety procedures are completed
- Stay up to date with fitness, wellness, and studio trends
- Share ideas for events, collaborations, and community engagement
- Use the MindBody booking system (training provided) and provide daily sales reports
- Prepare coffee, protein smoothies, and juice smoothies (training provided)
- Support management in keeping the studio “Instagram ready”
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
- Available to work weekends
- Experience in hospitality, fitness, or retail front-of-house is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and confident under pressure
