Front of House & Membership Sales — REGEN London Streatham

The Role
This is a part-time front of house and sales role that blends member service, admin, and sales support in one.
You’ll be responsible for:
· Greeting every member and guest that walks through the door — warmly, confidently, and professionally
· Handling membership enquiries, booking tours, and following up with leads
· Delivering a seamless front desk experience — managing check-ins, messages, payments, and basic admin
· Supporting new joiners through their first few visits and helping them feel part of the REGEN community
· Keeping the FOH area sharp, tidy, and well-stocked at all times
· Taking ownership of daily tasks, working with initiative, and staying proactive during quieter periods
· Contributing to the energy and standards of the club alongside the wider team
Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone reliable, switched-on, and confident under pressure.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
· Have experience in customer-facing roles (fitness, retail, hospitality, sales — it all counts)
· Communicate clearly and naturally — in person, over the phone, and via message
· Are calm, composed, and solution-focused when it’s busy or something doesn’t go to plan
· Are confident following up with leads, asking the right questions, and explaining membership options
· Are naturally organised and able to manage a mix of small admin tasks and people-facing responsibilities
· Understand what makes a premium gym experience feel different — and want to help deliver it
