Job Description:

The UK\'s leading specialist fitness and leisure recruitment agency offers a role for a Fitness Coach at BFT Greenwich. This studio emphasizes science-backed Strength & Conditioning programming and precision coaching.

Who We\'re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 qualified coach with at least 2 years’ experience
  • A sharp eye for movement quality and technical execution
  • A confident and approachable male coach who fits into a supportive, inclusive community
  • Someone who leads by example with a healthy, active lifestyle

What You’ll Need:

  • Level 3 Personal Training certification (minimum)
  • First aid qualification & public liability insurance
  • Availability for at least one morning and one evening session weekly
  • Commitment to team meetings and ongoing development

Compensation: Starting at £20/class during a 3-month probation, increasing to £25/class post-probation. Potential earnings up to £2,005 every 2 weeks based on class coverage and set-up/pack-down pay.
