Designate General Manager/Assistant General Manager in North London – Leisure Attraction Brand
Salary: Up to £35k + bonus
We are recruiting for an incredible leisure brand with over 30 sites in the UK, offering a fantastic product, a great working culture, and progression potential. This role is ideal for those aspiring to become General Managers.
The successful candidate will manage daily operations, including safety, brand standards, staffing, training, development, financial compliance, and food & beverage operations. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, with variety in daily tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ management experience in Leisure/Hospitality
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends
- Enthusiastic, proactive, able to think on your feet
- Leadership and team motivation skills
- Approachable to customers and team
Opportunities:
Potential to progress to General Manager within 12 months for successful candidates.
The Package:
- Full-time, 42.5 hours/week shifts
- Work includes weekends and late evenings, with 1 in 3 weekends off
- Salary up to £35k plus performance bonuses
