About the Role — Group Exercise Coordinator (Personal Trainer)
We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Group Exercise Coordinator & Personal Trainer to lead and deliver high-quality group training sessions, support member engagement, and help grow our group exercise programme.
You’ll play a key role in:
- Leading and coordinating group fitness classes
- Programming engaging and results-driven workouts
- Motivating members and building a strong community atmosphere
- Supporting member onboarding and retention
- Generating leads through gym floor presence and member interaction
- Delivering personal training sessions alongside group coaching
