The UK's leading specialist fitness and leisure recruitment agency is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own the Wales territory. The role offers a salary of £35-37k plus car allowance and uncapped commission (strong OTE!).
Our client provides a huge range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and works on numerous projects with some of the best brands in fitness, boasting a significant global footprint. They have a fantastic culture and reputation in the industry.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within commercial gyms, corporate wellness, and home fitness sectors.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners, personal trainers, and fitness industry professionals.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Preparing and presenting sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations.
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand visibility and awareness.
- Monitoring sales performance, generating reports, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Attending trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote products and services.
About you:
- Proven experience in a field sales management role, preferably within the fitness, sports, or health industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good understanding of fitness equipment and industry trends.
- This role requires regular travel, so you must be flexible and have a full UK driver's license.
- Experience in the fitness sector is preferable; a passion for fitness is a must!
