The UK's leading specialist fitness and leisure recruitment agency is recruiting for a significant role in the health and fitness franchise industry. We are looking for an experienced Regional, Cluster or General Manager to manage a region of clubs, focusing on product, people, and service.

The South Region covers from South London to the South Coast, encompassing around 30 clubs with new clubs emerging consistently. The ideal candidate will have an established skill set in managing a region, area, or cluster of health clubs. Passion, drive, and energy are essential.

You will support clubs according to their various needs and ensure all clubs are profitable by influencing franchisees to run their businesses effectively. Inspiring, challenging, and developing your team is crucial, and you must be able to articulate your experience and track record in this regard.

Commercial strength and knowledge are vital, as this company achieves success through product, people, and service. A background in commercial success through these principles will be extremely beneficial. Experience in understanding and utilising a P&L effectively is also required.
