We are recruiting for this fitness job in Market Harborough for an Assistant General Manager for a global operator in the health and fitness industry. Supporting the General Manager and the rest of the Personal Training team in driving activity and developing plans to be successful. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about fitness and creating that sense of community within their club!
This role would really suit someone who is stepping up into their first Assistant Manager role as well as someone looking for a new challenge. You could be a great Personal Trainer or sales consultant within the industry looking for that step into Management!
You must have a genuine passion for sales and be able to support new members in their journeys, creating a great atmosphere and club culture for both team members and members to achieve their fitness goals! Driving sales and marketing activities and developing plans to be successful, whether this means taking a lead on the club's social media and interactive content or getting out and about involved in the local community planning events, outreach, and local networking.
Delivering exceptional customer service, looking after your existing members and working towards smashing your target by bringing new members into the club and achieving business KPIs. You will be able to lead sales yourself and have a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.
A little bit about you... You must be keen, driven, dedicated, with a passion for Fitness! Motivated to achieve business and personal goals. The ideal AGM will have a background in the fitness industry but this isn’t a must-have, as long as you have a level 2 PT qualification (you could be newly qualified). If you have a brilliant personality, are keen to learn and grow within the industry, I still want to speak with you. Confident! Be the face of the club and love building great relationships with your team and members, as well as within the local community and corporate businesses.
