We are looking for an outstanding assistant manager to work with a well-renowned and rapidly growing independent business within the health and fitness industry. This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas that can be covered in more detail when you connect with one of our fitness recruitment team.

The Role...

  • This opportunity will see you responsible for the day-to-day running of the facilities.
  • Inspiring and managing the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver.
  • Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.

  • You must be a strong leader and people motivator, who can get the best from a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
  • Sales experience is ideal, and we are looking for people from club management, fitness management and operations management backgrounds - who have worked within high end facilities.
