UK-based field role with travel. £40k basic salary + car allowance and strong, uncapped OTE. This role involves representing a premium brand delivering state-of-the-art wellness, health, longevity and recovery equipment to health clubs, spas, hotels, corporates and elite sport across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Deliver annual revenue, margin and activity targets across the UK
- Develop and execute territory sales plans; keep CRM, pipeline and forecasts accurate and current
- Build and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors and strategic partners; identify and convert new opportunities
- Negotiate and close high-value capital equipment contracts; provide timely market insight to leadership
- Represent the brand at trade shows, product launches and client presentations; deliver staff product training on use and benefits
- Support customer installations for your wins and assist wider key-account installs as needed
About you
- You must have a proven track record in capital equipment sales (or equivalent if not in fitness equipment), exceeding targets and closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong business development, negotiation and presentation skills; comfortable owning the full cycle
- Excellent time management, organisation and CRM discipline; accurate forecasting and reporting
- Sector credibility with an existing network (fitness, wellness, hospitality, corporate or sport is desirable)
- Collaborative team player; innovative and solutions-driven mindset
- Tenacious in approach and well-presented to represent the brand well at all times
- Mobility: happy to travel regularly across the UK (occasional overseas); full UK driving licence required
