Our client offers a huge range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and works on a multitude of projects with some of the best brands in fitness and has a huge global footprint! They have a fantastic culture and reputation in the industry and we are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own the Wales territory. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a motivated and proactive professional with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in sales.
In this exciting role you will be:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial gyms, corporate wellness, and home fitness sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including gym owners, personal trainers, and fitness industry professionals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure brand visibility and awareness
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement

About you:
- Proven experience in a field sales management role, preferably within the fitness, sports, or health industry

- This role requires regular travel so you must be flexible there and have a full UK drivers license
