We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Centre Manager to take full ownership of one of our new sites. This isn't just a centre management role; it’s an entrepreneurial opportunity to lead a vibrant sports community. - Commercial Performance: Take full responsibility for the site P&L, driving sales and overall profitability.
- Utilisation & Scheduling: Analyse court usage data to design and implement innovative activity schedules, tournaments, and social events that maximise occupancy.
- Community & Communication: Manage member communications and local outreach to grow the club’s footprint.
- Team & Coaching Management: Lead a high-performing team of freelance coaches.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate on social media content and localised marketing campaigns to drive site awareness and new player acquisition.
- Padel/ Racquets experience: An ideal candidate will have a background of coaching & playing Padel or Racquets sports, an LTA level 1 or 2 qualification will be highly favoured as part of the selection process.
- Commercial Mindset: Possess strong business acumen and the ability to turn data analysis into actionable growth strategies.
