We have a truly exciting opportunity for a General Manager to take the helm at one of the best leisure attractions in Europe – this is truly a leisure job not to be missed! As a General Manager, you will have overall responsibility of the site and will be expected to be a natural leader.
You will be managing 3 senior department managers and will have overall responsibility for this large site’s operations and commercial performance.
You will have a natural passion for customer service and health and safety. We are looking for someone who thrives in working in a fast-paced environment, has strong commercial acumen, strategic and people and customer-centric in approach.

What do we need from you?
- At least 3 years’+ senior management experience within the Leisure/Hospitality industry (this must be multi-faceted and at GM level or above)
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with working within peak and off peak seasonal times
- Previous experience of managing and delivering large budgets £6mill+
- Enthusiastic and proactive – you must be able to think on your feet in this fast-paced environment
- The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
- Customer centric
- Excellent operational and health & safety standards
We are extremely keen to speak to experienced managers who are looking for a new challenge with an ambitious and highly reputable company. You must come from a multi-faceted leisure business and be used to managing large budgets + P&Ls.
