You will work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists and clinicians to help patients transition from pain into confident, functional movement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Excellence: Lead dynamic 1:1 and group sessions across Strength & Movement, as well as Reformer and mat-based Pilates.
- Clinical Collaboration: Work side-by-side with Physiotherapists and Rehab teams to tailor programs to individual patient needs.
- Coach Quality: Focus on posture, functional strength, and technique to prevent injury and improve long-term health.
- Grow the Service: Contribute to team training and the ongoing development of our movement methodologies.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a growth-oriented professional who thrives in a clinical environment. Ideally, you will bring:
- A degree in Exercise Science, Strength & Conditioning, AND/OR Level 3 PT AND/OR a qualification in Pilates Instruction (Reformer experience is a bonus!)
- Proven experience delivering group and 1:1 sessions with a heavy focus on technique and injury prevention preferred.
- The confidence to coach people of all ages and abilities, from those in early rehab to athletic performance.
- A collaborative spirit and a full UK driving license.
