About the Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for prospects, residents, and visitors. You’ll support the Sales team with essential administrative functions while helping to deliver unforgettable first impressions and seamless sales experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the sales office, information suite, and show flats are always “show ready”.
- Provide hospitality to all visitors including preparing refreshments and offering concierge-level service.
- Support the Sales and Events Teams during prospect visits and events—arranging taxis, setup, breakdown, and anticipating team and guest needs.
- Manage back-office administration: ordering supplies, managing expenses, and maintaining digital records.
- Support lead follow-up by coordinating thoughtful follow-up gifts and reconnecting with lost leads.
