As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand market share, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a motivated and proactive professional with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in sales.
An ideal candidate for this role is already working in a fitness supplier sales role and has solid knowledge within fitness equipment.
In this exciting role you will be:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial gyms, corporate wellness, and public sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare and present sales proposals, product demonstrations, and pricing negotiations
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote products and services
About you:
- You must have at least 2 years+ experience in a field sales management role within fitness.
- Fitness/general gym equipment sales background will be highly favoured as part of the application process.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Solid understanding of fitness equipment and industry trends.
- This role requires regular travel so you must be flexible and have a full UK drivers license.
