Our client offers a huge range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment and works on a multitude of projects with some incredible brands. They have already established a fantastic culture and reputation in the industry and now, continuing with their impressive growth, are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join this talented team. On offer for the successful candidate is an industry-leading commission structure and huge scope for progression!

In this exciting role you will be:

  • Identifying potential sales opportunities in your region
  • Reaching out and establishing connections within potential opportunities
  • Becoming an industry expert in fitness equipment
  • Building strong relationships/networking within the industry
  • Working towards an annual sales target
  • Representing the brand at all times and providing an exceptional level of customer service

About you:

  • A solid background in sales management/business development (a background in hospitality sales/selling into the hospitality sector) would be highly preferable and favoured as part of the selection process
  • Experience in field sales
  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Tenacious and driven
  • Very self-motivated
  • A fitness industry background is preferable but not essential; a passion for fitness is a must!
  • You will need to be flexible with travel in order to meet with clients, preferably with access to your own transport
