Our client is one of the leading names in Padel, and growing fast! This represents a fantastic chance for a Padel pro to join the team in this newly created role. As Head Coach at Bracknell, you’ll be the face of padel at the venue - developing players from beginner to competitive level, building a thriving coaching programme, and growing a strong local padel community. You’ll lead a small coaching team, guide regional coaching standards, and work closely with venue management to deliver an exceptional player experience. The role also involves occasional presence at three of our surrounding venues to support and maintain programme consistency across the region.
Key Responsibilities of this exciting new role:- Programme Delivery: Design and deliver high-quality group coaching, specialised clinics, and private lessons for all ability levels.
- Leadership & Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of assistant and junior coaches.
- Regional Oversight: Guide coaching standards and provide occasional support and presence at the surrounding venues.
- Community & Growth: Drive venue membership and player retention by organising internal leagues, tournaments, and social events.
- Outreach: Build strong relationships with local schools, clubs, and community groups to promote the sport.
- Administration: Track player progress, maintain accurate coaching records, and collaborate closely with venue management.
- Qualifications: WPT Academy or equivalent padel coaching qualification (Minimum Level 2; Level 3 is highly preferred).
- Accreditation: LTA Padel or relevant national federation accreditation.
- Experience: A proven track record of coaching a diverse range of abilities, including competitive players.
- Leadership: Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and mentor other coaches.
