An exciting opportunity to join a growing property team. We’re working with an exciting and growing organisation that is looking for an experienced Property Project Manager to join their team and take ownership of a varied portfolio of property development and refurbishment projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, commercially minded and involved from initial planning through to final handover.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across a growing network of locations, working closely with franchise partners, landlords, contractors, designers and internal stakeholders.

The Role

As Property Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing projects from concept and planning through to construction, fit-out and completion. You’ll oversee multiple projects across different locations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality, safety and brand standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end property development, refurbishment and fit-out projects
  • Creating and managing project plans, budgets, programmes and timelines
  • Coordinating contractors, designers, engineers, suppliers and other external partners
  • Managing tender processes, contractor appointments and commercial negotiations
  • Carrying out regular site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance
  • Identifying and resolving project issues, risks and programme delays
  • Monitoring project expenditure and identifying opportunities to control costs
  • Ensuring all works comply with relevant health and safety regulations
